Dan HuffDAN HUFF is a graduate of William Paterson University where he received a BS in Exercise Physiology. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S) and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Dan has worked with many high school, collegiate, and professional athlete during his career. Dan is currently the Head Strength and Conditioning coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is responsible for the development and implementation of conditioning programs for the schools 18 NCAA Division I teams. Melinda BrennerMELINDA M. BRENNER has been providing in home personal training, sports conditioning and injury management services for more then 10 years. Her clients range from high school athletes to the elder. Melinda has worked with clients suffering from Parkinsons, MS, low back pain and various other ailments. She is a certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer and a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Eric D'AgatiERIC D'AGATI is a Level I CHEK Practitioner, a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer, a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Performance Enhancement Specialist, IDEA Advanced Trainer, Apex Fitness Professional, and a Reebok Core Trainer. He studied Exercise Physiology at William Paterson University, and is a competitive natural bodybuilder, winning the Mid-Atlantic Lightweight Championship in 1999. Cathy KoniciakCATHY KONICIAK, RYT is certified aerobics instructor and personal trainer with over fifteen years experience.
