For only $99 you get a four week customized online fitness program that includes strength training, stretching, cardiovascular training and nutritional guidance. All online fitness programs are based on your personal goals, fitness level, exercise preferences, injury limitations and equipment available.
To help you maximize your time and get the results you desire, we will provide ongoing support, advice and encouragement. You will receive a training log that outlines what you need to do daily to achieve your goals, as well as, instructions on how to perform each exercise correctly. Your progress will be continually monitored and we will modify your program based on your results.

The rate for a comprehensive initial nutrition assessment is $200. During this initial consultation, our nutritionist will review your nutritional goals, medical history, laboratory tests (if available), and a three day food diary. After careful analysis, our dietitian will critique your current diet and outline recommendations to improve your eating habits. We will help you reach your nutrition goals! Follow up sessions are available.
