JASON KEIGHER, CSCS, CPT, CES, PES

Jason Keigher began his fitness career over twenty years ago with Equinox Fitness Clubs and he spent over five years employed as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club/NY. He is currently employed as a fitness instructor at Eisenhower Health.


Jason is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS); as well as by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (CES), performance enhancement specialist (PES), fitness nutrition specialist (FNS), golf fitness specialist (GFS), senior fitness specialist (SFS) and women's fitness specialist (WFS).


Additionally, Jason is certified as a Power Plate, Kettlebell and TRX instructor. He is also certified by The Sports Club/LA as a pre/post natal and integrated flexibility specialist.


Jason is available for personal training in your home, office, park or private gym throughout Palm Springs and the surrounding areas. 


His specialties include senior fitness, prenatal and postpartum workouts, weight loss/gain, body toning, shaping, strength and flexibility training, postural correction, kettlebell training, TRX/suspension training, core strengthening and bridal boot camps.

JOSHUA MARGOLIS, CPT

Joshua Margolis is a personal trainer with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Psychology. 

He holds certifications from A.C.E., A.I.F.E., and N.A.S.M, and is also prenatal and postpartum fitness certified. 

Joshua has been working in the health and fitness arena for over 8 years designing personalized fitness programs which incorporate motivational techniques to enhance performance. 

Joshua is also the fitness model in “THE DUKE DIET”: World renowned health and fitness book. 

His fitness philosophy: “Your self image and habits go hand in hand; change one and you will automatically change the other.”
